Book Masons your way

The first 6 hours of venue hire are free. Longer events are welcome, with venue hire charged only for time beyond the first six hours. You also pay for the staffing and security your event needs, plus any food, DJ or extras you choose. Staffing and security are calculated from your guest numbers and the full event duration, so a smaller or shorter event is not charged the same as a much larger or longer one.

Choose your date

Pick your preferred date and times. If that date is unavailable, choose Exact date only or how flexible you can be — within 1, 2, 3 or 4 weeks — and search available alternatives.

Tell us about your event

Tell us your expected guest numbers. We use them to calculate the right staffing and security level for your event, so you only pay for what your event needs.

Add only what you want

Food, DJ and extras are added only if you choose them.

FREE VENUE HIRE · FIRST 6 HOURS

Your first 6 hours of venue hire are free. Additional venue time is charged at £50 per hour Monday–Thursday, £85 per hour Friday/Saturday and £65 per hour Sunday. Staffing and security are charged for the full event duration, plus only the optional food, DJ or extras you select.

£250 refundable damage/security deposit: this is shown separately from your event charges and is refundable after your event provided the venue, equipment and facilities are left in good order, subject to the booking terms.
